Hilal Traders

Hilal Traders is situated on M.A Road in Parappil. We are very close to the Big Bazaar, so there is always a huge crowd of shoppers and vehicles nearby throughout the day. It makes the whole area feel very alive, though it can get a bit loud during the weekends when everyone is out. We deal with various trading goods and our warehouse space is usually stacked high with cardboard boxes and crates. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes to move things around when a new shipment arrives. The floor is concrete and has some cracks, and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but it works fine for us. We spend a lot of time checking invoices and making sure the deliveries are loaded onto the trucks properly. The guys working here are a hardworking bunch who don't complain. We don't really have a dress code or anything formal. If someone comes in with a question or looking for stock, we just talk to them directly. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. We just show what we have in the warehouse and tell them the price. M.A Road is a prime location for business, so we get a lot of foot traffic. Sometimes people just wander in thinking we are a retail shop. We have to explain that we are traders, not a regular supermarket. The heat in Parappil can be quite something in the summer, so we have a few big pedestal fans blowing. It’s just a regular trading business, keeping things moving through the city.
