Aghin Chemicals Cosmetics

Our work happens at 36/1423. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, but it works for what we do at Aghin Chemicals Cosmetics. We handle a lot of different things here, mixing ingredients for various products. Sometimes the place smells like lavender, and other times it’s just the sharp scent of raw chemicals. It really depends on what we’re making that day. We have various containers and scales everywhere because getting the measurements right is the most important part of the job. It’s not a glamorous setup. The floors are concrete and the walls are lined with shelves full of jars and bottles. We spend a lot of time cleaning up spills and washing out vats. A small group of us works here, and we’ve mostly learned the trade by doing it every day for years. We don't have a receptionist or a big sign out front. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in our aprons, busy with a batch of something. We try to keep the noise down, but some of the mixers can be a bit loud. The neighbors don’t seem to mind too much. It’s just a steady pace of work. We don't bother with fancy descriptions of our products. We just make sure the stuff is right before anything leaves the building. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy. We mostly just keep to ourselves and focus on the orders we have to fill each week.
