Cyril Yoga Ayurveda Center

You can find Cyril Yoga Ayurveda Center near the Dominos Pizza and right behind the Navratna Pure Veg Restaurant. We are also opposite the Royal Heritage Resort, so there are plenty of landmarks to look for if you’re trying to find us. The area is usually quite busy with people going to eat or staying at the resort, but our center tries to keep things a bit more relaxed. Inside, we have mats laid out and the smell of herbal oils is pretty strong. It’s a bit of a change from the smell of pizza coming from next door. We don't have fancy lights or a big reception desk. It’s mostly just open space for the yoga and some small rooms for the Ayurveda stuff. We spend our mornings getting the rooms ready and checking the supplies of oils and powders. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when the traffic outside picks up, but we just carry on with the sessions. It’s a very practical place. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated explanations. People come in, do their practice, and then head back out into the busy street. The building itself is older, so it has some character, even if the walls could use a fresh coat of paint here and there. It’s just a local spot where we do our daily yoga and health work without too much fuss or extra decoration.
