We operate out of No. 134 Goldie Street. It’s a busy part of town and there is always something going on outside our door. As an agency, we handle a lot of different tasks for people, mostly involving paperwork, logistics, and connecting different services. Our desks are usually piled high with documents and our phones don’t stop ringing much. It’s the kind of place where you have to stay on your toes to keep everything moving. We don’t have a lot of fancy furniture or decorations; we just have what we need to get the job done. People come to us when they need help navigating things that are a bit too complicated to do on their own. We spend a lot of time talking to different offices and making sure all the boxes are checked. Goldie Street is a good location for us because it’s easy for our clients to reach us. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets slow, and we just have to work around it like everyone else does. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We’re just a small agency trying to provide a helpful hand to folks in the community. Every day brings a different set of challenges, and we just take them one at a time. It’s a lot of coordination and follow-up, but that’s what we signed up for when we opened our doors here on Goldie Street. We just keep pushing through the pile of work to help get things sorted.
