Down here in Silchar, we’ve set up Xenik Pharmaceuticals Private Limited. We are based out of Durga Sankar Lane, which is right in the Ambicapatty area of Cachar. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, care of Sandip Kumar Dey. If you’ve spent any time in Silchar, you know how these lanes can be. We’ve been operating from here for some time now, focusing on the pharmaceutical side of things. It’s not a massive operation, just a regular office where we handle the orders and the distribution. We don't have any flashy slogans or a big marketing team behind us. It’s just us, some desks, and a lot of boxes. We spend most of our time talking to clinics and pharmacies nearby to see what they're short on. The weather in Cachar can be a bit much sometimes, especially during the rains, but we keep things moving regardless. We chose this spot because it's central enough for our needs. Sometimes the lane gets a bit cramped, but that’s just life in Silchar. We try to be reliable and just get the job done. It’s a lot of inventory tracking and making sure the dates are all correct on the products. We’ve grown a bit since we started, but we still feel like a small local outfit. That's how we like it, really. Just people helping other people get their medicine without too much fuss. No corporate meetings, just actual work every single day.
