Risingrays Foundation

Risingrays Foundation is based out of Nanda Kr Singha’s place in Nagdirgram. We are located in the Chandpur area, which falls under the Sonai police station. It’s a small operation we’ve got going here. The surroundings are mostly quiet and rural. We spend our time working on things that matter to the local folks around Sonai. Nagdirgram is where most of us grew up, so it made sense to start the foundation right here. We aren't some big city group with a glass office. It is just a simple space in Chandpur. Sometimes the roads out here are a bit dusty, but we don't mind much. Nanda Kr Singha helps keep everything organized at the site. We usually have people from the village dropping in to say hello or ask about what we are working on next. The foundation is pretty much run by locals who care about the area. We don't use big words or fancy marketing. We just talk to people and try to help out where it’s needed in Nagdirgram. It's a humble setup, honestly. Most days it’s just us sitting around a table figuring out the next steps for our small projects. Being near the Sonai P.S. makes it easy for people to find the general area. We are glad to be part of the Chandpur community and just keep working away at our own pace without making any big fuss about it.
