Natures Fresh Food Processing

Natures Fresh Food Processing is tucked away in the Old Post Office Lane. We are in Meherpur, which is part of Silchar in the Cachar district. If you are looking for us, we are quite close to Dalli Hospital. The lane is a bit narrow, so sometimes big trucks have a hard time getting in, but we make it work. It’s an old part of the city. There’s a lot of history in these streets even if they look a bit worn down now. We process everything right here on site. It’s not a sterile laboratory, just a working space where food gets handled. The air smells like whatever we are working on that day. Sometimes it's strong, sometimes it’s not. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for a bit. We don't use any fancy machinery that you’d see in a big factory. Most things are done by hand or with simple tools. It keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down. The hospital nearby means there are always people around, even late at night. We’ve been in Silchar for a while and don’t plan on moving. The building has some cracks in the plaster, but it stays cool enough in the heat. It’s just a regular food processing unit doing its best in a busy neighborhood. We keep our heads down and stay focused on the tasks. It’s a lot of hours but we like it.
