If you walk down Lane Number 04 in Malviya Nagar, near the Dhobi Ghat in Buxar, you will find our spot. Yaduraj Buildcon Private Limited has been operating from here for a while now. We are tucked away in a busy part of town where there is always something going on. Ajay Kumar Singh is usually around or busy with some site work. We mostly deal with bricks, cement, and trying to get walls up straight. It is noisy and messy, but that is construction for you. We don't use big fancy words to describe what we do. We just build. Some days the labor doesn't show up or the materials are late, and we have to figure it out on the fly. It is not like the big companies in the cities. Here in Buxar, things move at their own pace. We know the people in the neighborhood and they know us. We have our office in a quiet corner where we keep our files and maps. It gets pretty cramped when everyone is there at once. We spend a lot of time checking on projects and making sure things aren't falling behind. The sun hits hard in Bihar, so we try to get the heavy lifting done early.
