Udayini Nidhi Limited

Udayini Nidhi Limited is based out of House Number 118 in Gosaipur. It’s a bit of a quiet village area in the Rajpur police station jurisdiction, specifically in Bharakhara, Buxar. Being in a rural spot means we know almost everyone who comes to see us. The office is just a part of the house, so it’s a very informal and friendly environment. We don't have any big signs or glass doors. It’s just a place where you can sit down on a plastic chair and talk about your savings. We handle the paperwork for the Nidhi, which mostly involves keeping track of the small amounts of money people bring in from their farming or local trade. Buxar is a traditional place, and we try to keep that feeling in how we work. We aren't in a hurry most of the time. If someone comes in, we have a chat first and then get to the business. It’s a very human way of doing things. The electricity goes out sometimes, so we keep the windows open for light and use hand fans if it gets too hot. It’s a simple life, and the work we do fits right into it. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just helping the people in Gosaipur and the surrounding villages manage their finances a little better. It’s steady work that keeps us busy throughout the week.
