Siddhsuman Fashion Vatika is located right in front of the Judge Kothi in Buxar. We are near Sidhnath Ghat, which is a place most people in town know well. Kumar Amit is the one who handles things here. It is a private limited company, but do not let the name make you think it is a huge corporate office. We are basically a small workshop where we make different types of clothing. Being near the ghat and the judge’s residence means there are always people moving around outside. We have a few rooms where we keep all our supplies. There is fabric stacked up in the corners and threads of all colors. We spend a lot of time just cutting and sewing. It is not a quiet job, as the machines make quite a bit of noise all day. We started this because we liked working with clothes. We do not have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on people seeing us or hearing about us from their friends. Sometimes the shop gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of orders, but we manage. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the task at hand. Buxar is a good place to be, and we like being part of the local community here. It is just honest, hard work every day for us. We stay open late when we have a lot of stitching left.
