Nath Industries

Working out here in the Bela Industrial Area means dealing with a lot of noise and dust most of the day. Nath Industries is right in the middle of it all. It’s not the quietest place to spend your time, but it’s where the work gets done. We usually get here before the sun is too high because once the heat hits the metal roofs, it gets pretty warm inside the sheds. My cousin helps out with the books, and we have a few guys who have been with us for years now. They know the machines better than I do some days. We don’t have a big front office or anything like that. Usually, people just drive their trucks right up to the gate and we talk through the window or stand out in the yard. It’s practical. Sometimes the supply trucks are late and we end up sitting around the yard waiting, which gives us time to fix the equipment or just clean up the scrap. Bela is a busy spot, and there’s always something moving or someone looking for a specific part. We just keep our heads down and try to stay on top of the orders. It’s hard work, and your clothes get dirty by noon, but that’s just how an industrial job works. We’ve been at this for a while and don't plan on changing much. It is what it is. We just keep going.
