We are located right here in Ward No. 14 in Buxar, specifically near the Sidhnath Ghat area. Amit Kumar’s place is where we set up our office and storage. It is a local operation, and we do not go in for anything too fancy or polished. We handle medical supplies and technical equipment for health care. Buxar is a small place, so word travels fast if you do not do things right, which keeps us on our toes. We spend most of our days checking our inventory and making sure the gear is ready to go out to clinics. The building we use is not brand new, but it is sturdy enough and keeps everything dry. It gets really hot in the summer months, so we usually have a couple of fans going all day long. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time navigating the narrow streets down near the ghat, but we always manage to get things moved. We are not some big city corporation with a thousand employees. It is just a handful of us working together every day. Most of the people living around here know us by name. We started this because we saw a need for better medical gear in this part of town. We do not spend money on ads. We just focus on getting the right tools to the doctors who need them.
