Maa Parmeswari Cons Private Limited is basically a small team working out of Niranjanpur in Buxar. We are located right at Ravi Ranjan Tiwari’s place, he’s the son of Shashikant Tiwari. It’s not a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It is more of a local setup where we handle construction jobs and basic contracting work around the district. Most of the time, you will find us dealing with paperwork or talking to workers about the next load of bricks coming in. The road here in Niranjanpur gets a bit dusty during the summer, but that’s just how it is in this part of Buxar. We started this because we saw there was plenty of building work to be done around here. We don’t have a fancy reception desk. Usually, people just drop by the house and ask for Ravi or one of the staff members if they need help with a project. It’s a straightforward way of doing business. We handle the day-to-day headaches of building projects so the clients don’t have to. Sometimes the rain slows us down, especially in the monsoon months when the ground gets soft, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India, just a solid one that people in Buxar can rely on when they want to get something built properly. It’s hard work, but we’ve been at it for a while now and know the local area well.
