AEPH NIDHI LIMITED is located in Nawanagar, which is in the Buxar district. Our office is right there in the main village area, near the post office and the police station. It’s a very central spot for Nawanagar. If you live around here, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times. We don’t have a big, shiny office building. It’s a simple room with the basics: a couple of tables, some sturdy chairs, and our filing cabinets. We like it this way because it’s practical. We spend our days going through accounts and talking to the local residents who come in. Buxar can get quite dusty, so we are always wiping down the furniture. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals written on the walls. We just have a calendar and maybe a clock that’s a few minutes fast. It’s a small operation run by local people. We know the rhythms of the village, like when the market is busiest or when the harvest season is starting. People know us because we are their neighbors. We don't try to sell anything or use slick talk. We just handle the business at hand. It can be a bit slow some days, and very busy on others, especially at the end of the month. We just take it as it comes and keep the doors open for whoever needs us. That is basically our daily routine here.
