We are located on Vyayam Shala Road, which is right near the lake. It is a nice landmark to have, especially when I’m trying to give directions to someone new. Adarsh Auto Service is my small garage where I spend most of my waking hours. I have been fixing vehicles since I was a teenager. The shop is a bit cluttered with old tires, toolboxes, and half-empty oil cans. It’s not a fancy service center with a lounge for customers. Most people just pull up a plastic stool and chat with me while I work on their scooter or car. I like it that way because it feels more personal. You get to know the history of every vehicle that comes in. Some of them are so old I wonder how they are still running, but we managed to keep them going somehow. The area around the lake gets a bit cool in the evenings, which is the best time to work. I don't use any fancy diagnostic computers. I rely on my ears to hear what’s wrong with the engine. It’s a bit of an old-fashioned way of doing things, but my customers don’t seem to mind. I usually close up when I get tired or when the last job is done. There’s no big sign or flashing lights, just a simple board with the name. It’s just me and a couple of helpers doing what we know how to do.
