AMCL Machinery Limited is located at Plot No. A 1/1 in the MIDC area of Butibori. If you know Nagpur at all, you know Butibori is where all the big industrial stuff happens. Our plot is right at the start of one of the main sections, so we’re pretty easy to spot. The facility is large because the machinery we work with takes up a lot of floor space. We have a lot of people coming in for shifts throughout the day and night. It’s a busy environment with a lot of heavy lifting and metalwork going on. We don't go in for fancy talk or corporate slogans. We’re just a bunch of engineers and laborers trying to keep the production lines moving. The air is often filled with the smell of grease and the sound of overhead cranes. It’s a serious place, but we have a good laugh during the lunch breaks. Being in an MIDC zone means we’re surrounded by other companies doing similar things, which creates a bit of a community. We focus on getting the machinery right and making sure the safety protocols are followed, as that’s the most important part of the day. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a glossy image; we just let the work we do at the plot speak for itself. It’s tough work, but it’s what we know.
