Our business is Panorama Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. and you can find us on Kachari Road in the Purba Burdwan district. We have been here for quite some time, helping people out with land and property stuff. The office is in a bit of an older building, but it’s a good spot because everyone knows where Kachari Road is. It’s often quite dusty outside with all the rickshaws and people passing by. Inside, we just have a few desks and some cupboards full of old files and maps. We aren't a big city firm. It’s just a few of us who know this area well. We spend a lot of time traveling out to the different parts of the district to check on sites or meet with folks about their land. Sometimes the heat is pretty bad, so we have a couple of noisy fans going all day. We don't use any fancy language or try to sound more important than we are. We just handle the real estate work that needs doing. People in Purba Burdwan know they can just drop in and talk to us. We’ve seen the town grow quite a bit over the years. It’s a lot of work making sure all the papers are in order, but we’ve got a system that works for us. We aren't trying to be flashy. We just want to do the job right and keep things moving.
