We run Medica Synergie Private Limited from our head office at Basanti Burman in Rabindrapally. If you are trying to find us, we are right across from the veterinary hospital in the Bhatar area of Burdwan district. It’s a bit of a trek if you are coming from the main city, but it’s a quiet enough spot for us to get our work done. We deal with various medical-related services and supplies. The building is easy to spot because of the hospital across the way. We’ve been in Bhatar for a long time and the locals all know where we are. It’s a practical setup. We have a small team of people who handle the day-to-day operations, from logistics to administration. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just make sure the supplies get where they need to go and the paperwork is in order. Rabindrapally is a nice neighborhood, though it gets a bit muddy when the monsoon rains hit hard in West Bengal. We just put on our boots and keep going. There is a sense of community here that you don't always find in the bigger cities. We don't have a fancy website or a huge advertising budget. Most of our business comes from long-term contacts we have built up over the years. It’s just us doing our part in the medical chain. We like it this way.
