Gases Ltd

Our yard is located right on Tansen Road in Durgapur, not far from the main road. We handle gas cylinders and various industrial supplies, which is basically what we have done since we started. The place gets noisy when the trucks are pulling in to load up, but that is just part of the daily routine here in West Bengal. It is an older building that has seen better days, but it serves our purposes just fine. Most of us living in Burdwan have been with the company for a long time, so we know how to handle the equipment without thinking twice about it. We spend a lot of our hours checking the valves and making sure everything is secured before any of the trucks leave the gate. It is steady work and there is always some talk over a cup of tea in the afternoon when things quiet down a bit. The office space is cramped because of all the old ledgers and delivery slips we keep, but we managed to find what we need. Sometimes the heat in the middle of the day makes the shift feel like it is dragging on, but we just keep at it. People come by to drop off empty tanks and we usually chat for a minute about local stuff. We do not have a big corporate structure, just a few local guys keeping the supply moving.
