Pratihaar Mobile Point

Our shop is Pratihaar Mobile Point and you can find us in Sathur, specifically in the Alod Fetapura area of Tehsil-Hindoli. It is a bit of a trek for some, but for the people living in Sathu, we are right nearby. The shop is tucked away and stays fairly busy with locals coming in from the surrounding farms and houses. We mostly deal with mobile repairs because people here tend to keep their phones for a long time. They bring in old models that need new buttons or a speaker fix. We also keep a stock of screen guards and some simple accessories like memory cards and chargers. The light inside is not the best, but we have some desk lamps for when we have to open up a phone to look at the motherboard. It gets a bit noisy outside sometimes with the tractors and motorbikes going past on the road. We do not have a big team, just a few of us who know a thing or two about electronics. We try to be honest about what can be fixed and what is just junk. Sometimes we cannot get the parts quickly, so people have to leave their phones with us for a couple of days. That is just how it goes in a place like Hindoli. We do not mind the slow pace though, it gives us time to talk to the customers and hear the local news.
