Neelam Earth Movers

We are located in Village Dabi, right on the Namana Main Road. Being near the Jama Masjid makes us easy to find for anyone passing through. Neelam Earth Movers has been part of this village life for quite some time. We don’t do anything too complicated. If there’s earth to be moved or a road to be cleared, we take the machines out. The ground out here near Dabi can be quite rocky, which is tough on the buckets and the teeth of the excavators. We spend a lot of time welding things back together in the evenings. It’s a family-run kind of thing, and we don't have a team of people in suits. It’s just us in our work clothes. The main road gets quite busy, so we try to move the heavy stuff when there’s less traffic. Sometimes we're working out in the fields, and other times we're helping with a new building in the village. It’s varied work but it’s always physical. We don’t use any fancy apps to manage things; we just write it down and get to it. The dust gets everywhere, even inside the house, but you get used to it after a few years. We just want to do a decent job so we can keep the machines running and the bills paid. It’s a quiet life in Dabi, mostly, and we just keep the engines running to get through the daily tasks.
