Jain Bricks Industries

We have been out here in Village Gumanpura for a while now. Most people know where we are because of that big water tank in Talera Tehsil. It is a landmark for anyone coming to pick up a load of bricks. It is dusty work, and the sun gets pretty hot out here, but this is what we do day in and day out. We just focus on making bricks that hold up. Nothing fancy about it. People drive down the dirt roads to see us, and we try to get them loaded up as quick as we can so they can get back to their sites. It is a small operation, really. Just a few of us making sure the kiln is running right and the mud is the right consistency. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like when it rains and we cannot dry anything out, but that is just how it goes in this line of work. We are not trying to be the biggest place around, just consistent. You can find us right there near the tank. It is easy to spot if you are looking. We spend most of our time out in the yard, so if someone stops by, they usually just shout for one of us. It is quiet out here mostly, except for the trucks coming and going. We have been part of this village for a long time, and we like it that way. No big signs, just the work.
