Hameed Clinic

Hameed Clinic is right at Shakti Chouraha in Kapren. If you know the Bundi district, you probably know how busy these crossroads can be. We are right in the thick of it. There is always noise from the market and the vehicles passing through the chouraha. The clinic is just a small room where we see people for their basic health issues. It is not a big hospital, just a local clinic for the folks in Kapren. We have a few benches outside the door because the inside gets full very quickly. The walls are painted a light blue, but they are getting a bit faded now from the sun. We keep our medicines on shelves behind the counter. Sometimes we run out of something and have to wait for the delivery from the city, but we manage. People stop in while they are doing their daily shopping at the market. It is a very practical place. We don't have a lot of modern machines, just the basics like a blood pressure cuff and a thermometer. The floor is concrete and we sweep it out every evening after we close up. Working at Shakti Chouraha means we see everything that happens in town. It is a good spot to be if you want to help your neighbors. We just do our work and go home when the sun goes down. It is a simple life here in Kapren.
