We are Bamnawat Realtor (Opc) Private Limited. Our office is over at HN 2-F-12 in Jawahar Nagar. If you know the Housing Board area in Bundi, you know exactly where we are. It’s a pretty quiet spot for the most part. I started this because people around here really needed someone to help with property stuff without all the big city fuss. We spend most of our mornings checking over paperwork and talking to folks who happen to stop by. Bundi is a small place, so everyone kind of knows everyone else. We try to keep things simple and straightforward. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty with the windows open all day, but that’s just how it is around here. Most days involve looking at land or small houses around the 323001 pin code area. We don't have a big fancy team, just a few of us working out of this house. It feels a lot more personal that way. We've been here for a good while now. People come in to ask about plots or maybe just for a cup of tea while we look over some old documents. It isn't always the most exciting work, but it's what we do. Dealing with the local authorities takes time, so we spend a lot of hours waiting at offices or making phone calls. We just keep at it.
