We are located out in Dodhra, which is a small part of Deulgaon Raja in the Buladhana district. It’s not the busiest place in the world, but we keep things moving here at Spear Logistics Pvt.Ltd.Pune. Most days start pretty early before the sun gets too high. You can hear the trucks warming up their engines from a distance. It gets quite dusty on the roads around here, especially when the wind picks up across this part of Maharashtra. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the logs. It’s a plain office, nothing special to look at, just a few desks and some old fans to keep the air moving. My brother usually handles the paperwork while I talk to the drivers who stop by. We’ve been at this address for a while now. People in the village know where we are if they need something moved. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything like that. It’s mostly just word of mouth and the same people coming back to see us. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. It’s just how things go. We try to keep the schedules right, but traffic near Pune or up north can be a mess. We just do our best to deal with it as it comes. It's honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday without any fuss.
