Shramik Construction is a small operation run out of Satali. The address is actually C/O Pramod Shiram Adhav at House No. 362. It’s a local setup in the Khandavi area of Jamod. We don’t have a big office building in a city. Instead, we work right from where we live and where the projects are. It’s much more direct that way. Most of our work is around this region. We do basic construction and help out with local infrastructure needs. It’s a quiet place compared to the big cities. You won't find any fancy logos or receptionist here. It’s just us and our tools and some local workers we know well. We take on jobs like building small structures or fixing up local roads. People around here just know us by name. They come by the house if they need something built. We spend a lot of time outside on the sites. The paperwork happens on the kitchen table or a small desk in the corner. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it works for us. We don’t have a website or do any big advertising. Word of mouth is how we get all our work. Sometimes the supplies take a while to get out here to Satali, so we have to plan ahead. It’s honest work and we’ve been doing it for a good number of years now in this community.
