You can find Scouthr right on Akot Road in Shegaon. We are located pretty close to the General Hospital, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. Shegaon is in the Buldhana district, and it’s a place with its own pace. We handle human resources stuff, though we don't like to make it sound more complicated than it is. It’s mostly about helping businesses with their people side of things. Being near the hospital means there’s always people moving around outside. Our office isn't very large, but it's enough for what we do. We spend a lot of time on the computer or talking to folks who walk in. The Maharashtra sun can be quite something in this part of the state, so we stay inside mostly. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of employees. It's a small, local operation. We know the area well and we like being part of the Buldhana community. It’s a straightforward kind of life here. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just try to be helpful and get the paperwork sorted for whoever needs it. It’s just us on Akot Road, doing our bit every day. It’s honest work and we don’t try to pretend it’s anything else.
