Sahil Clinic

Sahil Clinic is on Malkapur Road in Buldana H O. It is a simple spot on a main road. People from all over the area come here when they have a health issue. We keep the clinic open for long hours because you never know when someone might need help. The building is not anything special to look at. It is just a plain storefront with a sign out front. Inside, we have a small waiting area and the consultation room. We deal with a lot of general health problems. In a place like Buldana, you see a lot of seasonal stuff—malaria during the rains or heatstroke in the summer. We just take it as it comes. I have been here for quite a while, so I have gotten to know the rhythm of the town. People trust us because we are consistent. We do not use a lot of medical jargon when we talk to patients. We just explain things in plain words so they understand what is going on. It is a busy life, but it is good. Sometimes the farmers from the nearby villages come in, and we talk about the crops for a minute before getting to the medical stuff. That is just how it is here.
