You can find us at Pimpri Gawali, which is in the Motala tehsil of Buldana. It’s a small place, so almost everyone around here knows where the office is located. We’re out here in the district, far away from the big city with its tall buildings and heavy traffic. Our daily routine involves a lot of talking with the people who come in from the nearby fields. We have a few desks, some chairs that have been here for years, and a lot of registers stacked up on the shelves. Everything is done manually for the most part, or at least it feels that way with all the stamps and signatures we need for every page we fill. The office can get a bit dusty because of the dirt road right outside, but we give it a good sweep every morning before we start. We don't have a fancy coffee machine; we just get hot tea from the stall across the way. It’s a quiet life in Pimpri Gawali. We keep the records and make sure everything is noted down correctly. It’s nothing fancy at all. Just a small room with a fan and a few dedicated people. We close up early sometimes if there's a local festival or a wedding going on in the village. It’s just how things work in this part of Maharashtra. We’re just part of the local community like anyone else.
