RDA VENTURES LLP

RDA Ventures LLP is based out of Plot No. B-1 in the MIDC area of Chikhali, Deulgaon Raja. Being in an industrial zone like MIDC means we are surrounded by a lot of other active businesses and factories. Our work involves various ventures that keep us pretty busy throughout the week. It’s a dusty, hardworking part of Buldhana, and we fit right in with that atmosphere. The office is practical and meant for getting things done rather than looking pretty. We deal with a lot of different tasks every day, mostly focusing on the logistical and operational sides of our projects. Since we are in Maharashtra, we follow the local ways of doing business, which usually means being direct and not wasting time. The team here is small but we have been working together for quite a while now. We don’t have a lot of meetings about nothing; we just look at what needs to be finished and we do it. The road to the office can be a bit bumpy depending on the season, but that's just how it is around here. We chose this spot because it's central to the industrial activities in the region. Most of our days are spent on the phone or checking on progress at the site. It is a no-nonsense environment and that suits our style perfectly. We just keep our heads down and keep the business moving forward as best as we can.
