Penganga Textile & Industrial Park Private Limited

Our office is located at House No. 1A in the Shriniwas Pride building, which is right near Vrundavan Nagar in Buldhana. We are working on setting things up for the textile and industrial park. It’s a lot of planning and dealing with the local land details right now. The office isn't very big, just enough room for a few desks and some chairs for visitors. We spend a lot of time talking to local folks and other business owners who might want to be part of the park. Buldhana is a quiet place compared to the big cities, and we like it that way. We aren't trying to be some massive corporate entity with a polished image. We just want to get this park running so there is more work for the people around here. There are a lot of papers to sign and maps to look at every day. Sometimes the tea stall down the street is where the real decisions happen. We don't have a fancy reception area; you just walk in and talk to whoever is available. It’s a very direct way of doing things. The goal is just to build something useful for the textile industry in this region. We have some long days, especially when we have to visit the actual site, but it feels good to be building something from the ground up. This is our project and we are sticking with it until it's finished.
