You’ll find us out at Gat No. 20/2/A in Pinjar, which is in the Barshitakli Taluka. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city areas, which is exactly how we like it. Working in a place like Pinjar means we’re right there in the middle of the land we work with. The office is quite simple, set up to handle the development and commercial side of things without any unnecessary fluff. It’s surrounded by open space and the local landscape of the Akola district. Most of our days are spent talking to local people or checking on sites nearby. We don’t have a big glass office or a fleet of fancy cars. It’s more about being on the ground and knowing the area well. The office itself is just a few rooms where we keep our records and meet with people. It can get quite dusty out here, and the pace of life is definitely different from the big cities like Mumbai or Pune. We follow a pretty steady routine, opening up early and finishing when the work is done. It’s a family-run kind of feel, even if it’s a private limited company on paper. We know the neighbors and the local shops. If someone needs to find us, they usually just ask around for the developers' office near the post. We focus on our commercial projects and try to keep everything running smoothly without making too much of a fuss. It’s just us doing our bit in Barshitakli. We are happy with how things are going.
