Omk Urban Nidhi Limited is based in Deulgaon Raja, right on the Chikhli Road. We are at 2/1, which is a spot most people in the Buldhana district can find without much trouble. Deulgaon Raja has its own pace of life, and we fit right into it. Our office is simple, with just the essential furniture and some fans to keep us cool during the hot afternoons. Being on Chikhli Road means we see a lot of people passing through on their way to other towns. We get a mix of regulars and people who just happen to be in the area. The building is older, but it’s sturdy. We spend our days going through books and talking to the folks who drop in. There is no corporate vibe here. We don't have uniforms or anything like that. We just wear what we would wear at home. Most of our work is done by hand or on a basic computer. We like the fact that we can see the street from our front door. It keeps us connected to what is happening outside. Buldhana is a big place, but here in Deulgaon Raja, it feels like a small world. We know the shopkeepers nearby and we often go out to grab a quick bite at the local stalls. It’s a decent place to work and we’ve been doing it this way for quite some time now. No fuss, just business.
