Mundhe Hospital

We have been operating Mundhe Hospital on Jalna Road in Deulgaon Raja for quite a long time now. Most of our mornings start well before the sun gets too high and the traffic on the main road really picks up. The building itself is pretty plain, just a regular structure that we’ve made work for us over the years. We spend a good chunk of our day just making sure the place stays clean and that all the patient folders are filed away in the right cabinets. Sometimes the hallway gets a bit crowded, especially when people travel in from the smaller villages on market days. Our staff mostly lives nearby, so we know a lot of the faces that walk through the door. There’s a small desk near the front where one of us sits to talk to people when they first come in. The ceiling fans hum quite loudly in the afternoon heat, which is something we’ve just gotten used to. We try to keep the benches in the waiting area as comfortable as we can, though they are just simple wooden ones. Sometimes we run behind our schedule because things just take longer than we thought they would, but that is just how it goes in this kind of work. You can hear the bikes and the heavy trucks passing by on Jalna Road all day long. It’s just part of the daily life here in Deulgaon Raja. We don’t have any big signs or fancy lights, just the usual hospital setup that people recognize.
