Matishree Clinic

We are over at Matishree Clinic on Mehkar Road. If you know Sultanpur, you know how the traffic can get around here sometimes, but it's where we've set up shop. It is a simple place, really. We spend most of our time seeing folks who live nearby and just need someone to take a look at a cough or a fever. I usually get in early to make sure everything is tidy before the first patient shows up. There isn’t much to the building, just a waiting area and the rooms where we work. Sultanpur is the kind of town where news travels by word of mouth, so we just focus on doing what we do. We don't have any fancy pamphlets or a big website. Most people just walk in because they saw the sign while heading down Mehkar Road. It gets a bit dusty in the summer, but that is just part of being in this area. We have a couple of chairs that aren't the most comfortable, but they serve their purpose while people wait their turn. Some of our regulars have been coming to see us for years now. It is good to see familiar faces. We just try to stay organized and keep the files in order. There is always something to do, whether it’s cleaning up or checking the supplies. We are just a local clinic trying to be there when someone needs a checkup. It is a humble living but we wouldn't have it any other way.
