Working with seeds and agro products here in Mehkar Buldhana is mostly a lot of dusty, physical work that doesn't stop. We have our small setup over in Ekta Nagar, specifically in Ward Number 06. It is not a place with big glass windows or shiny floors. It is just a regular building where we spend our days sorting through bags and checking on stocks. We try to keep things organized, but during the sowing season, everything gets a bit hectic. There are usually stacks of bags everywhere and people coming in to ask about the latest supplies. The weather around here really dictates how our day goes. If it is too hot or the rains are late, the mood in the office is a bit quiet. We drink a lot of tea and talk to the local farmers who stop by. My nephew helps me with the bookkeeping because I prefer being out back with the products. It is just a small team of us. We have been in this spot for a while now and everyone knows where to find us. We don't do any big advertising. People just know we are here in Buldhana doing our bit. We spend a lot of time double-checking the labels because mistakes happen when you are tired. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down. That is just life for us.
