Our office is right on Kundbhalegaon Road in Malkapur, specifically at House Number 478. It’s a local spot here in the Buldhana district. Arealis Consultant and Developers is the name we use for our business, but we are really just a small team helping people with their building plans and property development. Being out here away from the massive cities means we know our neighbors and the land pretty well. We spend a lot of time walking through plots of land and figuring out where things should go. It’s a lot of consulting work, which means we talk a lot and draw even more. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we just keep working anyway. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything. People just come to the house and we sit down to look at the papers. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve seen a lot of changes in Malkapur over the years, and it’s nice to be part of the new things being built. We don't try to sound like some big city firm. We just do our work, charge a fair price, and try to help our clients get their projects moving. It’s a bit dusty on the road sometimes, but it’s home for us. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay busy with the local projects that come our way.
