We set up this place in Muthe Layout over in the Vishnuwadi area. It is a relatively quiet neighborhood for the most part, which is nice. Since we handle both surgery and maternity cases, things around here can get pretty intense and emotional at times. There is a constant stream of families waiting for news or visiting new mothers. We have all the laparoscopy equipment set up, and that keeps our technical staff very busy throughout their shifts. It is a lot of specialized work to manage every single day. The nurses are usually seen rushing around the hallways to make sure everyone has what they need. We have seen a lot of babies born in these rooms over the years, and that is always a big event for the families involved. Sometimes the corridors get a little bit crowded with relatives wanting to catch a glimpse of a newborn. We try to keep things as organized as we can, but hospitals often have a life and rhythm of their own that you can't always control. It is not like working in a polished corporate office; it is a place where real life happens every hour. We spend the majority of our time on our feet moving between rooms. The layout of the building is something we have just gotten used to over time. We don't have a marketing team. Word usually just travels by itself through the neighbors.
