You can find Ramhruday Enterprises at Shop No-17 inside the Bhagwati Complex. This is located right on the Main Road, so it is a very convenient place to get to. The complex is always full of activity, with people coming in and out of the various shops all day long. Our shop is just a simple, small space. We have a desk for the paperwork and some shelves for everything else. It isn't a modern office with glass and chrome. It’s just a regular shop with some paint peeling on the corners. Being on the Main Road means it’s never quiet. There is a constant sound of traffic and people talking outside. We like the energy of the place. We don’t have any big marketing slogans or mission statements. We just open up the shop in the morning and wait for people to come in. Most of our day is spent handling orders and talking to folks who stop by. We know many of the regular customers by name. They’ve been coming to the Bhagwati Complex for years. Sometimes we have tea with the other shopkeepers when things are slow. It’s a very normal, local business environment. We don’t try to act like a big corporation. We are just a small enterprise in Shop No-17, doing our bit every day on the Main Road. It’s simple. It works for us and our customers. That's about it.
