Homes4india is located right at Shivaji Chowk on the Main Road in Chikhli. Since we are on the main road, there is always a lot of noise and people passing by our door at all hours. It is a very lively spot to be in. Our office is simple, with some wooden desks and a lot of maps and drawings pinned to the walls. People from Chikhli often drop in just to ask a quick question or to see what is new in the area. We don't have a fancy waiting area with magazines and coffee machines. You just pull up a chair and we talk about whatever is on your mind. It is a very informal way of doing things, but it works for us and the people we know. We spend a lot of our time out of the office too, visiting different sites or meeting people at their own places. The staff here knows every corner of Shivaji Chowk by heart. We aren't using a bunch of polished sales talk or trying to pressure anyone. We just tell people what we know about the houses and the land around here. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the blueprints and files, but we know where everything is kept. It is an honest place where we work hard and try to be helpful to anyone who walks in. We have been here for a while and we like it.
