Uttam Sucrotech International

Uttam Sucrotech International is based out of H-194 in Sector 63. If you’ve ever walked around this part of the sector, you know it’s mostly rows of industrial buildings and small offices. We’re right in the middle of all that. Our daily life revolves around sugar technology and the machinery that goes with it. It's not exactly what people imagine when they think of an office job, as there's a lot of technical talk about mills and boilers. The office gets pretty loud when everyone is on the phone at once trying to coordinate something for a site far away. We’ve got desks piled high with blueprints and technical drawings that probably look like gibberish to anyone else. Lunchtime is usually when we catch a break, often just grabbing something from the local vendors nearby. We don't have a corporate cafeteria or anything like that. We just do our work and try to stay on top of the projects. Some of the equipment we handle is massive, so there’s a lot of logistics to figure out from our small spot in Sector 63. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between the engineers and the folks handling the shipping. We aren't really into big speeches about what we do. We just come in, handle the sugar tech side of things, and head home. It’s a steady rhythm that seems to work for us even when things get a little chaotic.
