Our spot is at 236 in Village Chandiyana, which you probably know if you’ve traveled via the Bugrashi area. It is a quiet place for the most part, definitely different from the noise you get in the bigger cities. U & A Infratech and Engineers LLP is basically just us working out of this village post office area. We spend a lot of time out in the fields or at different sites, so the office is mostly for keeping our tools and files in order. Engineering in a place like this means you have to be ready for anything, especially when the roads get muddy during the rainy season. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. It’s just a few of us who know how to handle the machinery and the planning. Sometimes things go slow, and other times we are working late into the evening just to finish a project. People in the district know where to find us if they need something done. We don't use big words to describe our work; we just show up and do what needs to be done. Living and working in the same village makes you care a bit more about the quality because you see your neighbors every single day. It’s an honest way to make a living and we’ve been at it for a while now in this part of the district.
