Sunway Construction Sdn Bhd is located in the Jahangir Pur area of Gautam Buddh Nagar. Our address is right in the village, near the post office with the pin code 203141. It’s a bit of a different pace here in UP compared to the big city offices. We operate out of a modest building where the locals can reach us easily. Most of our work involves managing crews and making sure the supplies arrive at the sites on time. It’s not the kind of place with glass walls or suits. We usually wear our work boots and spend half the day outside anyway. The office is where we keep the records and meet with the foremen to discuss the weekly progress. Sometimes the electricity goes out, but we just wait it out or work by the windows. It’s a tight-knit group of people working here. We know the neighbors and they know us. There’s always someone stopping by for a chat or to ask about work. We try to keep things simple and avoid any unnecessary fuss. Construction is hard work and we just focus on doing our part in the village and the surrounding district. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don't have any fancy signs, just the name of the company and a lot of activity during the day. It is just us working hard and getting the jobs finished.
