Shivay Properties Llp

We've been sitting here in Vikas Nagar for a while now. Most people know our spot because we are right near the naala. It's not a fancy office or anything like that. Shivay Properties Llp is just where we handle the day-to-day work. Some days it is quiet, and other days we have people dropping in constantly to ask about land or houses around this part of town. We keep things pretty basic. Usually, one of us is here early to open up the shutters and get the tea going before the phone starts ringing. There is always a lot of paperwork to deal with when it comes to property, and that takes up most of our time. We don't have a big marketing team or a website that looks professional. It's just us at the desk. If you walk by the naala, you'll see our sign. We've seen Vikas Nagar change a lot over the years. New buildings go up and the roads get busier. We just try to keep track of what is available and who is looking to sell. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but that’s just how it is. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just do our work here and go home. People mostly come to us through word of mouth. They know where to find us if they need something sorted out with their property or if they are looking for a small plot nearby.
