Riyansh Nirman Developers Llp is tucked away at H. No. 457 in Navalpura, Kakrala. This isn't one of those big glass office towers you see in the city. It is more of a local neighborhood spot. We operate out of a building that feels more like a house, which makes the whole place feel a bit more relaxed. Navalpura is a place where people live and work side by side, so we see our neighbors every day when we are coming in. The office is on the ground floor, and we have a few rooms set up with desks and filing cabinets. We do a lot of development work in the local area, so we are always talking to people about land and building projects. Sometimes the power goes out in Kakrala and we have to wait a bit to get the computers back on, but that’s just how it goes here. We don't have any marketing people or a sales team. If you want to talk to us, you just come to the door and ask for whoever is around. It is a very simple operation. We spend our mornings checking the site progress and our afternoons filling out forms for the local authorities. It is a lot of hard work and not very glamorous, but it’s what we know how to do. We like being in Navalpura because it keeps us close to the real people we build for.
