Relaxo Herbs (India)

Our business, Relaxo Herbs (India), is based in Vishwanath Nagar, which is in the Jahangirabad area of Bulandshahr. It’s a bit away from the main rush, which is nice because it gives us some room to breathe. We work with different kinds of herbs. It is a lot of manual work, honestly. We spend our time sorting through raw materials, drying things out, and getting them ready for whoever is buying them. Our building is just a plain structure. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but it is exactly what we need for this kind of work. We have a small crew and most of them come from the nearby villages. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most people find us because they know someone who already buys from us. The weather affects us quite a bit. When it rains, everything slows down. When it is dry and sunny, we can get a lot more done. It’s a natural way to work, I suppose. We don’t have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just try to make sure the herbs are what people expect and that we don't make mistakes with the weighing. It’s a steady kind of life. We enjoy being in Jahangirabad. It’s a quiet place where people still take the time to talk to each other. We are just here doing our bit every day.
