You can find us at 680/15 on the Bye Pass Road in Bulandshahr. It is a busy spot in Uttar Pradesh where there is always a lot of dust and trucks moving past the office. Being on the bypass means it is easy for people from the surrounding villages and towns to reach us without getting stuck in the main city traffic. Our work involves a lot of recruitment and selection, which basically means we talk to a lot of people looking for work. The office is quite simple, just some plastic chairs for people to wait in and a couple of desks for us to conduct interviews. It gets very hot in the summer, and the dust from the road tends to settle on everything, so we are always wiping down the tables. We see all kinds of people coming through the door, some with a lot of experience and some just starting out. It is a humble setup and we don't have any fancy decorations or air conditioning that works perfectly all the time. We just try to help people find something that fits what they can do. Most of our day is spent looking at documents and chatting with candidates to see if they are a good match for the roles we have. It is honest work and the location on the bypass road keeps us connected to the local community. It is just a small office doing its part.
