We spend a lot of time here at Plot No A-2 in the Upsidc Industrial Area. Jainpur is a busy place with a lot of factories around us. Most days start early when the sun is just coming up over the industrial sheds. Our team gets the machines going and you can hear the hum of the plant from the gate. Pepsico Indai Holdongs Pvt. Ltd. has been at this spot for a while now. People usually know where we are because of the big trucks waiting outside. It is not a fancy office or anything like that. It is just a workspace where we get our daily tasks done. Sometimes the power goes out or a part breaks, and we have to fix it ourselves. The floor is concrete and stays cool even when it is hot outside. We have a small area where we eat lunch and talk about how the day is going. We don’t have any big corporate signs inside. Mostly it is just clipboards and inventory sheets. We try to keep things organized but it gets messy when we are moving a lot of crates. That is just how it is in Jainpur. We focus on getting the work finished so we can go home to our families at the end of the shift. It is a long day usually. We have been here for years and the neighbors in the industrial area are mostly the same.
