We operate out of Abhisar Agarwal Sfs 53, which is right in the Avas Vikas Colony along the DM Colony Road here in Bulandshahr. It’s a pretty standard residential-cum-commercial area. Being in Uttar Pradesh, things can get a bit hectic on the roads, but our office stays fairly organized. We’ve been doing this structural engineering work for some time now as a Private Limited company. The office isn't very large, just enough space for our team to sit and work on projects. We don’t have any marketing people or fancy brochures lying around. Most of what we do is just plain old engineering and making sure things are safe. People around the colony know us as the engineers who are always buried in their drawings. The DM Colony Road is a busy landmark, so finding us isn't too hard for locals. We usually have the fan going and some music playing softly in the background while we work. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, though we take the actual work quite seriously. Sometimes we have to head out to sites, so the office might be empty for a few hours, but someone usually checks back in. It’s just a small group of us trying to do a good job without making a big fuss about it. We’ve lived and worked in Bulandshahr for years, so we’ve seen the town grow and change. It’s a decent place to be based, close enough to everything we need.
