Mehar Steels

We’re based out near Purani Chungi on Bulandshahar Road. Mehar Steels has been a fixture in this area for a while now. If you know the road, you know it gets a lot of trucks and heavy traffic, which actually suits us just fine since we deal in steel. Our place isn't anything special to look at—just a yard and a small office where we keep the books and take calls. We spend most of our time out with the stock, moving pipes or sheets around for customers who come by. It can get pretty dusty out here when the wind picks up, and the sun beats down on the metal all day long. We aren't big on fancy talk or complicated sales pitches. Usually, someone comes in, tells us what they need, we check what we have in the yard, and we figure out a price. It’s a very direct way of doing business. Sometimes we run out of a certain size and have to wait for a delivery, which can be frustrating for everyone, but that’s just the nature of the steel trade. My family and I have been working here for years, and we know most of the regular builders and contractors who pass through Purani Chungi. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to provide the steel people need for their houses and shops.
